8. Disabling and Uninstalling Anti-Cheat Software

This page describes how to disable all anti-cheat software on your PC.

To uninstall Valorant (Riot Vanguard), ESEA, or FaceIT:

  1. Go to your Windows Start menu.

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" option (you can usually find it by clicking on the gear icon).

  3. In the Settings menu, select "Apps" or "Apps & features" (the wording might vary depending on your Windows version).

  4. Type "Riot Vanguard", "ESEA", or "FaceIT" into the search bar.

  5. Click on the application you want to uninstall, if it's found.

  6. Select the "Uninstall" option.

  7. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the uninstallation process.

  8. If none of the applications are found, you're good to go. Otherwise, uninstall the one(s) you found.

  9. Once the uninstallation is complete, restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
